9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Dr. Herscu will lecture on the treatment of children including topics such as: ADD/HD, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, and other Neurological complaints. He will focus on the teaching of materia medica, but more importantly on effective case taking and case analysis for these, the youngest patients in our practice.

All participants will need to be in posession of Dr. Herscu's first book, The Homeopathic Treatment of Children, as he will not cover those remedies in depth, but he will refer to his writings and especially to those elements related to infants and todlers.

All participants should plan to read before the first day, at least the first 40 pages of Stramonium with an Introduction to Analysis Using Cycles and Segments by Paul, which lay out his basic philosophical approach and allow him to move more efficiently through the lecture materials of the weekend. This section also include the map of the Hierarchy, another key philosophical contribution that Dr. Herscu has made to the field and from which the participants will greatly benefit.

Each participant should have both a repertory (book or computer is fine) and general materia medica (such as Vermeulen or Boericke).
