About Dr. Luc

Dr.Luc De Schepper
Dr. Luc De Schepper, M.D., PhD., D.I. Hom., C.Hom., Lic. Ac., is the founder of the Renaissance Institute of Classical Homeopathy in Cambridge, Massachusetts and author of twelve books on homeopathy, Acupuncture and Holistic Health Care.

Dr. Luc has seen over 200,000 patients in 29 years of practice, and in recent years has treated them mostly with Homeopathic Remedies in LM Potencies.

Dr. Luc has medical licenses in Belgium and the United States; and Acupuncture license in Holland and California; and a Ph.D. in Acupuncture from the International Society of Acupuncture in Paris. Dr. Luc has has recieved the Diploma of the British Institute of Homeopathy (D.I. Hom.) as well as the Certificate of the Hahnemann Academy of North America. He is fluent in four languages and is a renowned lecturer in the fields of acupuncture and homeopathy.

Dr. Luc's books include The People's Repertory (his manual for self-care with homeopathy for the layperson), Candida:the Cause, the Symptoms, the Cure, Acupuncture in Practice, Full of Life, and Homeopathy and the Periodic Table.

Human Condition: Critical, his introduction to homeopathy, won second prize among 3800 papers at the First World Congress of Traditional Medicine.

Dr. Luc's newest book Achieving and Maintaining the Similimum was released in May 2004. It has great reviews and a must for every serious homeopathic practitioner.

Dr Luc has appeared on numerous television shows in the United States and abroad as well as being interviewed on dozens of radio shows and giving over 100 public lectures. Dr. Luc has been invited to address the annual conventions of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Associates and Practitioners and the American Holistic Nurses Association as well as students at Tufts University School of Medicine.

Maintaining the Similimum - Advanced Case Management

The First Day: Dr. Luc will give an expanded look at the second visit. What a homeopathic practitioner should ask and look for on second and subsequent visits. How to recognize accessory symptoms and what challnges do they bring to case management.

The Second Day: will be dedicated to practical cases and their management.

Dr. Luc will show the advantages of the Second Prescription as illustrated in the 5th and 6th editions of the Organon and what a powerful tool it becomes in resolving both acute and chronic cases in a speedier fashion and with fewer aggravations.
Hahnemann himself claimed that these advanced methods will cure cases In about one third or half of the normal time with a minimum of aggravations.

All participants are suggested to be in possession of Dr Luc's book Achieving and Maintaining the Similimum as he will refer to his writings.
